ID 199911 4th November 2018 – I have PAID the phone (iphone 6s) 19th November – after 11 working days they have NOT SENT it 19th November – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18” 12th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018” 17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 18th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 21/12/2018” 21st December - NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 2nd January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/01/2019” 21th January 2019– NO REFUND – BUT they said “the BACS has been done on 15/01/2019” THE END of story: NO PHONE – NO REFUND They will answer (below) with the same generic apologetic email/post/etc “We are sorry to hear you are experiencing …”
