The phone itself is in great condition and a good price.
My qualm is with the poor customer service I received.
I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus on 17th December and while I appreciate that the Christmas and New Year period fell not long after, it took over a month to receive my order with relatively little (and poor) communication.
After weeks of not hearing anything, I get an email saying there was a discrepancy with my delivery address, however this was not chased up with me prior to my complaint.
Considering the product itself is good value for money, the poor communication has really let the side down.
