*I am only writing this all here as the Quick Mobile Staff are ignoring my request for a manager to call and aren’t responding to my emails* Do not order with Quick Mobile if you want a speedy delivery and 5* customer services. My order (I guess) was lost and the staff was not honest about this, instead sending me vague and unclear responses and in my opinion copied and pasted sentences distracting me, telling me my order was a “priority” and “on it’s way”. I ordered on 25th December and finally received my iPhone 8 on 22nd Jan. During the endless and frustrating back and forth, I was offered a £10 accessory which I accepted when I was assured, I would have my order by 17th Jan. This order did not arrive, I believe this was never going to arrive as I could not access tracking details via my order number. Again, I had to email customer services which they replied with: "As advised, the order is being processed as a priority. " I don’t think there is anything more frustrating then customer services that do not care about your concerns and just repeat what other colleagues have advised. A manager finally called me and assured me they would call with updates and offer compensation as they were really sorry and understood my concerns. I did not receive a call, just an email stating “…offer you £15 off the order.” – This is how colourful the staff were. £15! After close to a month wait for a £300+ order I was offered £15. I wanted to reject this offer and receive a refund but they did not give me a chance. I tried to call but I am always the 15th in the queue and do not have 2 hours a day to wait on the phone. The staff are now ignoring my emails and requests to speak with a manager. Which is a real shame as I liked the buying process and website.
