DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
Ordered hone as X mas present Dec12th.
Was told it had been dispatched Dec 21st.
Told Dec22 it was not dispatched after all, no apology.
Cancelled order Dec 22nd.
They Ignored cancellation & phone arrived Dec 28th.Returned tracked/ signed.
Was told they had no record of its return until I proved it by giving the tracking no.
Still waiting, over 6 weeks for my £277 refund.
No acknowledgement/ apology or reply from my customer complaint email.
