Buyer beware! Appalling company with a ‘Customer Service’ team that just keeps fobbing you off! I ordered two phones to arrive for Xmas – presents for my kids – neither phone has arrived and no sign of a refund despite repeated requests. I am now facing submitting a court claim (small claims court) to get my £800+ back!
The catalogue of ‘fob offs’ follows!
9th December - I submitted an order for two phones to arrive before Xmas.
18th December - the phones had not been dispatched, I contacted customer services and Jodie wrote back GUARANTEEING my order would arrive before Xmas.
21st December - the phones still had not been dispatched and customer services said they would not be delivered until January!
22nd December - I cancelled my order so I could source the phones elsewhere and thus have Xmas presents for my children. The cancellation was acknowledged by customer services
7th January - no further contact received so I contact customer services again, customer services apologise and stated ‘cancellations’ would be in touch very soon
16th January - no contact received from ‘cancellations’, I contact customer services who apologise AGAIN and say ‘cancellations would make contact in 24 hours.
17th January - I receive missed calls as I am at work as a teacher and cannot answer my phone in the classroom. I try call you back a few times but always end up in a queue of 6 or more people and can’t hold. I e-mail customer services telling them this and asking for my refund.
21st January – Customer Services write back stating they will cancel my order – but I had already cancelled the order on December 22nd! I request a complaints policy/procedure!
23rd January – Luke from Customer Services states ‘I'm sorry to hear this, we will forward your complaint onto management who will respond to you within 24 hours from now’
26th January – more than 48 hours later – you guessed it – I have NOT heard anything from ‘management’
