I bought this iPhone for my daughter (Beth McMillan). Upon delivery, it was quickly evident that the battery was faulty. It was returned under warranty on Sunday 27th January - you received it on Wednesday 30th Jan and as of today (1st Feb), you have not even started work on repairing the phone! Your claim of fixing a phone with 24 to 48 hours is untrue and very misleading. Why was the battery not properly checked before initial despatch?
