I wasn't going to write a review but QMF keeps prompting me to do so. Having eventually got the phone, it seems "Good" even "Very Good" - a bit bare perhaps but I'm not really sure what to expect included. But when I ordered it, I assumed delivery within 2-3 days as seems the norm these days. Having ordered, I get an instant email saying we expect to deliver within 10 working days! This might be stated on the website but it certainly ain't obvious. Two phone calls and maybe 20 minutes waiting made no difference - I was told it is in stock, so why couldn't QMF just have popped it in the post when I said I needed urgently for a trip? I was left unbelievably flabbergasted and worn out! Returning from my trip it awaited me on the mat, 3 weeks after ordering, and so far seems fine.
