I have given one star only because I can't give none and I did finally get my money back. When I ordered the phone, I assumed delivery within 2-3 days as seems the norm for a reputable company. I had read the reviews but rather naively decided to go with the company. Reviews are often given just by the very pleased or like me the ultra disgruntled. Having ordered, I get an instant email saying we expect to deliver within 10 working days! This might be stated on the website but it certainly isn't obvious. Why couldn't QMF just have posted it? I became very nervous when it still hadn't arrived after 10 (working days) and lost confidence in the company so asked for my money back. That we just before Christmas which proved a good excuse for continued lack of service. I was told the finance department wouldn't be back until 2nd January and it would take 14 (working days) to refund the money. Emails, phone calls and huge frustrations followed. I finally got my money refunded today - 2 months and 3 days from the beginning of a dreadful experience. I cant's see QFM surviving as a company. I have to say that the customer services staff had been very well trained to keep their cool when called by a very frustrated customer who'd had to wait in a desperate phone queue for up to 45 minutes. I dread to think how many others are suffering the same fate.
