I ordered a phone from you in december(should be a Christmas present) but you did not send it whithin 10 days as you said on your website so I had to buy another one.On 4th of January I asked you to cancel the order as I did not recieve any parcel from you.I also asked a refund on 4th of January and you said that it could take 30 days.Well today is 11th of February and I did not recieve my money back!!!
WHY IT TAKES YOU SO MUCH FOR A REFUND???
FOR HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECIEVE MY MONEY BACK??????
