Despite the stated terms on the website that I would receive my order of an iPhone 7 Plus in 10 working days, this has not happened. I am currently at 14 w/d (20 actual days), and despite calling (wait time of 40+ mins), and being told that my item was in stock and had been delayed due to 'quality control', it would be prioritised and I would be informed of its dispatch and should expect it promptly. Suffice it to say that I am still waiting for both communication and phone. When asking about a refund, I was informed that the wait time for my money would be 30 days! Not impressed. I feel trapped by this situation. The fact that the feedback form has an option that says that they expect orders to take over a month has just made my heart sink.
