Terrible service, terrible attitude! If I could give a minus rating I would. Absolutely shocking service; phone ordered in November in plenty of time for Christmas, received faulty, returned, same faulty phone returned...advised to contact Apple myself - never heard anything so ludicrous in my life! Ultimately meant I had nothing to give my daughter on Christmas Day. Customer service staff are so rude......unhelpful, not interested and don't get back in touch when they say they will. Waited until 10 February for a refund! Shocking! No apology, no goodwill gesture for totally messing up Christmas. Would never recommend!
