The phone my mother paid for did not arrive. As stated in many reviews this company should be shut down. My mum is a pensioner and needs a refund immediately. Of course we have been told the cancellation team will contact us - of course they haven’t. I expect the good reviews on here are from their own people. I too have reported them. I have contacted WatchDog and would please ask that anyone with this problem to contact Watchdog also. You can fill a complaint in online or you can call them. The more complaints they get the more likely they will investigate them. I expect they are holding on to people’s money so they can make interest on it for as long as possible. Again, please report to Watchdog and trading standards.
