I am disappointed quick fix mobile have made me wait 15 working days still not received my phone every time i called to chase this up i should have received my phone by 10th working day customer service team gave me false hope and one of them had attitude problem raising his voice at me they don't value customers and i asked to speak with a manager 4 days ago they keep giving excuse after excuse manager in meeting, on dinner or had to go home had an emergency i don't believe any of this its load of nonsense, today i got emailing my phone can't be dispatched till end of the week and offering me partial refund of £10 this is pathetic i am spending over £400 on a phone please be aware before you buy they have taken money out of my account i think this company is not legit they customer service team is shocking some of them go no manners or respect
