After a week of constant calls and emails, my phone STILL has not been dispatched an I get the same answer every time I call or email "Due to delays your phone will be dispatched on Friday."- Complete Rubbish! What kind of delays are these to keep my phone for 3 weeks? It's got to the point where my Mother has gotten involved and they say the same thing about the situation. I don't understand how this company is still running but it's horrible and they need to fix it quickly. They will reply to the telling me to email them about it as well, all the while knowing I've been emailing them about it and not getting any responses anymore. Disgusting.
