Overall I’m happy as I managed to get a decent price for selling my mobile. The process was arduous though as
- initially they took over £100 off for minor marks
- I demanded my Mobile back and they claimed another engineer reviewed it and gave less money off
- complained again and finally got the right outcome
These guys are chancers like the rest of this market but I haggled to get right price. Rest of process sending in and package bag are good.
