I’ve bought two iPhone 6S’s from QMF. The first was straight forward and no problems. The second was a very frustrating experience - we ordered a 6S with Rose Gold case. When the phone arrived it did not have the requested case. I raised the problem with QMF and requested a refund of £10 - being the difference in price between the phone ordered and phone received. I was offered a voucher for £10, which I rejected, suggested a £10 refund and then realising QMF had Rose Gold cases for sale at £10 suggested a case would be OK. This was agreed, but no case arrived. Following various emails and calls to QMF, usual waits of over half an hour I was told there were no Rose Gold cases in stock, although they were advertised on the QMF Web page. Finally I was offered £5 voucher, the request for feedback has reminded me to raise my case with Ombudsman
