ID219395 DON'T BUY After delayed delivery phone arrived with aux damaged ie speakers & charging port, was advised by office staff could be at least 30 working days for refund ( if you get it) emailed mgr generic response asking me to send phone back to fix ( if you get it back & you could have to wait at least 5 working days without a phone ) unacceptable this was supposed to be my daughters present.asked for correct working phone to be sent out, then I would send old one back, no response after emailing customer support for mgr attention, No Customer Service, no offer of compensation etc, will be contacting my solicitor & trading standards if I don't get a satisfactory response from a manager soon.
