Sadly, my phone did not work correctly when I got it. The battery level indicator showed no charge at times even after being charged for 4 Hours or more. The phone then began to shut down after one minute of use, cutting off any calls I was in the middle of. Even after restarting the phone and entering my pass code, the phone would again shut down . I went the phone back to QMF and after a week of so they offered me another phone. I had already bought one so I asked for a refund. They got back to me to say a member of their customs service team would get back to me within 24 hours, five they never did and still no refund. I contacted them again after a further 8 weeks of so. They tell me my refund will take another 6 to 8 weeks. WHAT? K Really poor service, really poor product in my experience. I don't like giving poor reviews but in this case I think QMF need to be shaken up a bit if they are to stay in business.
