In my honest opinion you should avoid this company (Quick Mobile Fix) for several reasons: Firstly it took almost a month to receive my full order. This is absolutely awful considering they advertise their company as “quick”. They also say that they try to dispatch within 10 days. But, that’s very far from the truth and it took them more like 3-4 weeks. This is because of an apparent “backlog” of orders. This is in their own words. Which further illustrates their unreliability. Secondly when I finally received my order, well I should say part of my order as I ordered a “grade a bundle”, I only got the phone. So not only did they take ages to send the order due to their “stringent quality control” but they also seem to miss out on multiple parts of the order all together. When I finally received the rest of the bundle a few days later, they still got it wrong and sent me two screen protectors and an authentic apple charger instead of one screen protector and a sim tool and an apple charger. So I never even received the sim tool but I’m not really bothered because I already had one. It’s just the principle, this company just seems completely out of its depth when it can’t complete a very simple order, not once but three times. As for the quality of the phone. The phone was marked as excellent and is in a very good condition on the exterior. I have no complaints it looked brand new. But, for a phone marked as “excellent”, the battery was “severely” depleted, at 85% working capacity when I got it. “Severe” isn’t my words it’s Apples and the settings app recommended I get a replacement as soon as I booted up the phone. This is pretty poor though I can’t fully complain because what “excellent” means to this company is probably the standard quality for other brands offering a similar product and such defect is probably covered by their warranty but honestly, after all this hassle I can’t be bothered to deal with this company any longer. It’s by far the slowest and most unorganised I’ve ever had to deal with. The one thing I can say for the company was that their communication was good although I was the one who instigated it. The had to do several things to improve it. And should move to contact each costumer individually when there is delays but honestly their response time was about a day at most so it was the best thing about the company. I would rate my experience 2/10. I would avoid using this company.
