Ordered a phone, waited, waited, waited, complained, waited, waited, received an excuse that there was a delay with their quality control department. They said there would be a further one week delay. We emailed and called to cancel. They acknowledged the cancellation, and advised they had sent it to their cancellation dept to deal with.
They said a member of staff would be in touch with us. The next email from them said the phone had been dispatched.
I called them to tell them to keep it and then had to turn the courier away when he turned up at the door a day later.
I am now waiting for a refund. Judging by the reviews I have read I am not holding my breath.
