Phone took a week to arrive. When it did, the battery lasted 15 minutes then went flat. I sent the phone back using their return courier and that took another week to be returned to QMF. The phone has now been with them another week and I've not heard if it's repaired or not.
I suppose I'll have to wait another week before I find out.
