STAYCLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Bought a reconditioned iPhone in November 2018 sold as almost new and in mint condition. Started going wrong in January 2019. Following phone calls and finally going to the shop of my provider I returned it to QMF end of February. Despite emails telling them my husband was ill and I couldn’t leave the house without a mobile phone they held it for 4 weeks before reporting it had fluid inside it, quoted £50 plus extra charges on top if found necessary. SHODDY, DISGRACEFUL and UNREASONABLE treatment of an elderly customer. No replacement phone, no offer of a refund.
