The phone was not delivered within the 10 day time frame, nor within the additional 3 day period despite your promise that I would receive it by then. You then promised delivery by the end of another 3 day period; I subsequently cancelled the order, and am still waiting for a refund 18 days after cancellation (your promise was to refund within 14 days).
You are obviously overcommitted and/or understaffed, and judging from my own experience I can't quite understand how you are still in business
