Before placing the order I used the online chat I spoke to someone too check if the phone was in stock and when I would have the phone if placed the order that day. (27.04.2019) I was informed it was next day dispatch so placed the order. 29.04.2019 was then told that the order would be processed in 5-7 working days at which point its next day delivery. Based on this I cancelled the order this same day and requested a refund. 30.04.2019 I received an email telling me again that my order would be processed. So I emailed back stating I had cancelled. It’s now 13th May still not had a refund for a same day cancellation. Called up after 35 minutes waiting to speak to a Luke who claimed too the manager. Based on that conversation alone and the alleged manager I would never use, despite the rest of the ordering process!!!
