Bought an Iphone hand set for £309.99 in October, 2018. It had many faults. Returned it as per their return Policy. They failed to repair it. After a while, requested refund due to delays. They promissed to refund from November, 2018. Till now, despite numerous emails promissing to process refund 'within 14 days', nothing has materialised.
Trying to claim refund through legal means right now.
Very, very disappointed and concerned for other consumers out there.
