Service was good, phone arrived when I expected it. No issues. Quality of phone was good. Based on this, the score would have been 5.
However, I am disappointed with the battery life. The battery health started at 86% which I would consider OK but within 2 days had dropped to 82%. While this is OK, there are times when the battery loses charge very quickly for no apparent reason. I haven't yet had a day when I haven't been able to top up the charge easily and I am concerned that if I can't charge it, I might lose power before the end of the day.
