Keep away from this company I returned my daughters phone on 24th April by a return label they send. They firstly lost the phone and it was finally found 3rd May then I heard nothing after 11 emails I finally heard back saying they wanted £36 for a new battery which was on the 23rd May that was after I threatened them with Trading Standards. Finally I have received the still broken phone today 29th May. Disgusting service oh and I rang several times 1 hour 40 minutes and then cut off 3 times
