In terms of service, the products take a while to arrive. I waited over two weeks for my device to arrive, and that was with some severe pushing and regular emails sent to the company. If you have time on your hands, this is the ideal company to order from - my iPhone X was said to be in excellent condition, and fits the billing. Great value for money.
