This is my third phone. The phone is as described and arrives mostly prompt. the only issue that I have had so far is that Apple will not take my phone in for a battery exchange as the battery tabs were no longer in situ. I highlighted the problem to Quick Mobile Fix without much assistance. Other than that I would always order again as the prices are competitive and the quality usually very good.
