Where do I start...
1: phone ordered didn’t arrive in stipulated (long) time.
2: called and on hold for approximately 1 hour. Was given 2nd time frame. Phone still didn’t arrive in time so ordered from another company and received good phone inside 18 hours
3: Cancelled order and requested refund which in total took 28 days to arrive in back in my account including another hour long wait on the phone.
I’m not saying don’t use them but do not expect fast service from ‘quick mobile fix’
