Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus, no progress on the tracker for 2 weeks.
Cancelled my order and requested a refund which was meant to take 14 days, its been a month since my order and still no refund.
No response from the customer service emails address, so I've started the legal route with a formal complaints letter.
Avoid this company.
