Ordered a phone. Sent out overnight delivery.
We set it up but it only worked using WiFi. I couldn’t make it receive calls or texts except iMessage when at home/connected to WiFi elsewhere.
We took phone to Apple thinking it was a settings issue to be told it was faulty.
Contacted QMF and they refused a refund as it had been 14 days (this was day 15)
We went on holiday and sent phone back upon return.
They agreed to a replacement phone.... it’s been over 2 weeks now and they will not tell me when they are giving me a replacement.
They’ve taken my money and not provided the goods. It’s unacceptable. They lie and they need to be investigated by trading standards
