Ordered iPhone 8 on 27th march. Didn't show within 3 weeks so cancelled. Expected refund in 14 days. Today is 15th working day and still no refund.
Customer services tells me there is a delay with the refund process and that the refund will clear by Friday this week.
Also. Noticed on my order receipt that I only paid £2.00 VAT.
i have reported to trading standards and had to write a letter to them and my back to get my money back.
