We bought a iPad Air & paid for it 4 weeks ago today . It has arrived today ,I am pleased with it. But not the length of time it took ,or the customer service,we phoned twice on hold for 30 mins . So not impressed they said it would be dispatched the following day for delivery on Friday ,but on Friday an email arrived to say not for another week .then delayed a second time . So was not to impressed as I thought it would only be a matter of days,although the product is good ,the service was rubbish.
