Further to earlier comment about total failure to deliver on schedule and the advise a delay of 4 weeks from date of order, note my card was charged on day of sale.
Cards should only be charged on date of despatch
I asked for cancellation and refund, and advised it takes 3 full working weeks to process refund
This outfit is an utter disgrace: no product, no customer service
Avoid, and spread word of mouth just how awful it is
They should be in jail
