i waited the full 7 days for my phone it to be delivered and immediately found it faulty. i returned it immediately on the day it was delivered only to be told that it would take a further 10 days to send another . i decided to cancel my order at this point . i am still waiting for my money to be returned. this apparently is going to take a further 18 days. there is nothing quick at all about this company.
