They said delivery no more than 10 working days phone arrived 12 days later.
They said phone was fully refurbished. Phone not refurbished. Very poor quality.
Phone returned within 3 days.
They agreed a refund.
They said up to 14 working days. Refund 17 working days later. This company cares little for customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
