DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Won't pay for phone they bought "Lost it"
Sold my phone and sent it to them by Collect+ (tracked)
The phone has "gone missing". They keep stalling on the payment for the phone. Very dodgy behaviour. I doubt I will ever be paid for the iPhone I sent them.
QMP have been investigating this Collect+ tracked insured delivery for over 5 weeks now. It is too long. Just pay for the phone, you have postal insurance. Claim on it and pay me.
It was sent nearly 3 months ago! - not quick at all. If this is not resolved within 1 week I will file a money claim in the court.
Everyone can see this for themselves how difficult is it to get through to the company to try to get them to pay.
Call the company's number 0208 5000 308 - you will be number 30 or 40 in the queue calling for over an hour.... and then simply cut off! Try it! Dodgy.
No reply to emails for weeks on end. Very poor.
