Service is appalling, I ordered my mobile on 10th July 2019 and still have not received it (as of 12/08/19). I have contacted Customer Services on multiple occasions asking for delivery updates and now they are not replying to e-mails. The telephone service is diabolical, every time I called their helpline I was 20+ in the queue (there one agent must be very stressed). I now have requested a full refund if mobile not delivered by 16/09/19. Reading the reviews that QMF received a large majority have slated the Company on their appalling overall Service.
I am fully expecting that I will not receive the mobile I purchased and paid for and expect it will be the same up hill battle to get a full refund. I intend to seek citizens advice support, link in with the local Trading standard Offices and contact my credit card supplier and seek payment via Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
