I’ve been trying to contact for days. There has always been over 20 people before me, not been able to hold due to work. I’m currently on hold and have been for 1hr 10 minutes, 6th in line.
You need to employ more customer service operatives if you want to be taken seriously as a reputable company, an absolute joke and has completely ruined my shopping experience.
