I have now waited 2 weeks after being told 7 day dispatch time, I have emailed 3 times with no reply..phone was for my grandson starting high school, if it showed delivery would be longer I would never have ordered..
Not impressed at all.. my grandson has now had no phone to start school, and bought for him in case any emergency was to arise..
Ps... have now had my money since day I ordered it, but can’t reply to email.. doesn’t give me much confidence for a 12 month warranty, if this is how they treat u as a new customer.
