On 29/07/2019 I ordered a mobile handset from their online store and within a day I request ed cancellation of the same purchase. To today's date, I have not received a refund.
The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 state that If I so wish, I can cancel the order up until delivery and fourteen days thereafter. Upon cancellation, I should receive a refund within fourteen days and by the same means paid. It has been a month now.
Please note that I will be highlighting concerns about your business practices to trading standards given that you have not refunded me within the enforced timescale by legislation.
Waste of time and money. If i could I would give them minus stars.
