I ordered a I phone 6s 25 days ago and have not received it. I have contacted the customer help address and did get a response after a week to tell me to wait until 10 working days and I have heard nothing at all after about 12 working days I asked for a refund and I have had no response at all. Shocking really so please don’t be stupid like me and order from somewhere else, I did and got a used phone within 2 days from a decent company. So as it stands I have no phone from quick mobile fix and they still have my £149. Not good is it really ?
