Quality and vist of phone was excellent, but time taken to process and receive it was ridiculous as 12 days after placing the order, I still had not received the phone, only to find in enquiry they had not sent it out at all so i then had to wait a further 4 days to receive it.
Not exactly 'Quick Mobile'. Fortunately my old phone was still working but if it hadnt been, then 16 days is not acceptable to wait for a purchase these days.
