Everything!!!!!! - AVOID AT ALL COST
Poor customer service
I ordered my phone, I didn't receive within the 10days....10days really. Then when I finally got through I was told they are working on despatching it soon. After another week I call again and I was told the same. I then asked for a refund and was told it had to get approved and then it would take 14 days.. its been 20 days and no sign of my refund. they don't reply to emails and there phone line are down. I am now going legal and talking to my bank....., AVOID AT ALL COST
