I would like to start by saying I should have learnt my lesson with this company a long time ago!! I purchased an I pad at Christmas which was a present for my daughter, very disappointed on Christmas Day when faulty. Returned it and took a month to repair. Stupidly purchased an I phone for my son in July with his birthday money m, sure enough it was faulty and touch screen not working. Returned it over a month ago. After several emails to find out what was happening it arrived back today to my home and is still broken!! Tried to call them to no avail. Have emailed and no answer. Asked for refund 2 weeks ago which they have refused. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. This place has caused nothing but stress to me. Also when you order it tells you it will be delivered within 10 working says. Not true at all. On both occasions we waited a month for delivery. I’m seeking legal advice regarding this iPhone they have returned today. My 9 year old son is devastated.
