I purchased an iPhone from them for £167.99 on August 27th and told it would be delivered within a week, waited a month and then attempted to get answers. I was told the phone would be sent out within the next week, waited another month then asked them to cancel, they insisted they would deal with this as a high priority and get the phone sent out but by this point i had enough and demanded they cancel the purchase and refund me my money. Almost another month down the line with no refund and anytime i contact them via email or the company facebook page i am given stock answers 'you will recieve a call back within 24 to 48 hours' or you must wait 14 working days for the refund to process.
