Ordered phone quoted 5-7 days for delivery but usually quicker, this then changed to 10 days. No phone arrived in this timescale so cancelled order. Paid in 3 instalments of £179.33 each, first one taken immediately from my account. After cancelling was told it would take 14 working days for refund. On 14th day a further £179.33 was taken from my account!!! Contacted credit company who had no notification regarding my order cancellation from quickfix mobile, fortunately credit company are more professional and my money is being refunded. Still no contact from quickfix mobile with an answer as to why more money has been taken! Shocking service avoid this company at all costs
