Ordered a phone for our son, which seemed ok at first but developed a fault so we sent it back for repair under the warranty. Since then, almost four weeks have passed and we have received no information. The first few emails I sent resulted in a standard reply asking me to wait 1 to 3 working days. Now they don't bother to reply at all. There is no way of contacting this company by phone. They advertise an online chat but I have yet to find anyone 'available to chat'.
My advice to anyone is that you do not use this company.
