I purchased a phone back in October, cancelled after 7 days of not receiving phone and investigating company. They agreed to a refund. I've chased the refund which hadn't turned up in due time but they are not responding to my e-mail, their phone line is automated and suggest using the online chat tool which isn't manned. None of their retail practice adheres to their Terms and Conditions. I have reported them to Action Fraud (0300 1232040) and launched my bank into a dispute. Avoid at all costs!
